The Daring Way™ Intensive
For horse caregivers, trainers or coaches
The Daring Way™ is an empirically based curriculum based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown that focuses on courage building, shame resilience, and uncovering the power of vulnerability.
Shame is the intensely painful feeling or experience of believing that we are flawed and therefore unworthy of love and belonging. We feel like something we've experienced, done, or failed to do makes us unworthy of connection.
